I am working as a software developer. I need to know if our experience increases 6 to 10 years how frequently we can get job openings. Also if notice period is two months we can get job openings

This is extremely general. Job openings depend on many factors. Few are your location, your skills and market conditions at where ever you live. There no defined frequency.

Your notice period is also irrelevant. If company wants someone to join early and you too want to leave, you can always pay money and leave if that is acceptable as per your job contract.
