Coding feasibility to create chrome new tab layouts

Hi geeks,

I was in search of some coding requirement. The thing is, in server the user creates the folders(say a,b,c) and whatever the user creates, it should reflect back in application(even its subfolders). I read all the folder names and I need to display in tables (create tables or grid using forloop saying Grid A, Grid B, Grid c depending on folders they create or moreover like chrome new tab layouts). Is this possible?
