How to Refresh a Frame in ASP.net using C#

I am using two frames in single page, first frame contains a grid , button and second frame contains a textbox. Initial both the frame are load .
Later when i choose a row in grid and click on the button (i.e., a Value in first frame) . The selected values must be displayed in textbox (i.e., second frame).
