Validate the course in repeater control

Repeater control as follows

Course CourseDate Amount
RPST 29 Jun 14 500

Submit (Button)

When i click the submit Button i want to show the message Without RPSCRB Course cannot book RPST course.

In repeater control in next row,RPSCRB course must be there.

for that how can i validate in asp.net using c#.


In Repeater contorl i want output as follows
Course CourseDate Amount
RPST 29 Jun 14 500
RPSCRB 30 Jun 14 600

for that validation how can i do in asp.net using c#.
