How to convert html string into JPEG Image format without using any ddl or exe in asp.net with C#

Hi,

I am facing problem to convert html text string into .jpg image using with ASP.NET 3.5 (C#).
I have searched on Google but found using ddl or exe and can't found perfect solution of it.

Requirement :

I am preparing html text in which image and all text format css is applied. That is prepared to send mail to client Now Our requirement is that prepare html should convert into Image.
I want to save that mail body as Image ..
so please suggest me perfect solution.

First of all thanks for replying my question.
I have also already visited this think but it not perfect solution of my issues in application. It is using window application also. This code is not understandable generating parameter issues.
