How to publish vb 2012 application on windows 7 and windows xp

Hi everyone..i tried to publish vb 2012 application on windows 7 and windows xp but unable to do so. On windows 7 32 bit system the error message is "An error occured while downloading the required file.You may retry downloading the file or cancel setup." While on Windows xp the error message is "setup.exe is not a valid win32 application."I have posted earlier question on this but unable to get a correct answer. Thanks a lot for you help.
