Yes... and? Did you check that your server is running? Did you check and see if the server is available? Did you check and see if the firewall allows connections? Did you verify that the instance name is correct? Is the server computer available on the network?

i always used the server with same name and access it from my website it works but sometimes it show me this error even if i try to run sql server it shows me the same problem

Please check whether your Sql Server agent is running or not.
command for the same is xp_servicecontrol 'querystate', 'SQLSERVERAGENT'
