How to extract lips and nose from the face image

I'm doing realtime makeup visualizer and pimple removing from the face image. I have done face detection and eye area detection using haar cascades it is quite o.k but i have try haar cascade for nose and mouth detection but it is not accurate that much. And also i have tried canny edge detection to extract eye area,lips,nose but the edge detection algorithm detects false edges and noisy edges so in that case not able to extract the facial features. can any one provide me efficent algorithm which is written using c#..Thanks
