Not able to pubish a infopath in sharepoint 2013

Friends,

I have created a simple InfoPath from the "InfoPath Designer".
And then trying to publish this form as a FORM LIBRARY in my SharePoint site.

When I am trying to publish, In the very first step of publishing wizard : "Enter the SharePoint URL", I getting the below error, when I am giving my SharePoint URL:

Microsoft InfoPath

InfoPath cannot find or cannot access the following Web server: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Make sure that the Web server name is valid, that your proxy settings are correct, and that you have the necessary permissions to publish to this library.

If the server requires you to log on through the browser, log on there and select the option to remember your log on information, then try to publish again.
OK

please help to rectify this error.

Hi Nibin,

It seems you do not have specific privilege for the site collection where you want to publish the InfoPath form.

Please try to publish the same form in a site where you are SCA.

Is FARM administrator has access to publish InfoPath form in any site ?

System details:
Windows server 2008 R2
SharePoint Server 2013
Microsoft Office 2013

"Microsoft Forms" created using "Microsoft Designer 2013" is failed to publish due to the above error.

This error is rectified by activating the "DESKTOP EXPERIENCE" feature in the windows server 2008r2.
