Probably no one produces just the Candlestick Chart control. Such controls usually come with much wider charting libraries.

But you will be able to find a lot in the open-source word. First of all, please review this set of available tools: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_JavaScript_charting_frameworks[^].

The table referenced above summarize license and few different classes of features. The feature you need is called "Bar Chart": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bar_chart[^].
