Problem Display Records from Multiple Tables in Webgrid

i want to display records in webgrid.

i have some complex in that.

i have noted the problem please give the valuable suggestion.

here i attached one image that will give you complex for display records in webgrid.

Note:

Situation 1:
The values outlined by the red colour in Table 1 and Table 2 will be displayed as a header of grid column.
Here in Table 2, The grid column values(The values comes under 'Field Label' column) will be added dynamically at the runtime.

Situation 2:
The values for grid column will be fetched from Table 3 and Table 4. Those are marked by blue colour.
If the input tool type is RadioButton, CheckBox and ComboBox, Their value will be fetched from Table 5, which one is marked by Green colour.
