i download a program but it has some problem

hi there

i download a program from: [Link removed]

but i have two problem with it:

1-
one of them is : when i open billing part and click in button4(
salerecord) when i press get data it comes with this error :
conversion failed when converting date/time from charecter string

2- another problem is : i click profile entery from Customer part , when
i complete this part and click save it was correctly save item but
when i click get data this error appear :

Object refrence not set to an instance of an object.

please help me to solve it.

In addition to what Griff suggested, what would you expect us to do with this information? Neither one of those error message is unclear or mysterious.

What kinda question it was. Do you think that we all have 7th or 8th sense to see the exact codes in your machine? You can do the following,

1. Just delete the entire program which you download and start your own coding, if you have any doubt in that we will help you.

2. Paste the codes in which you are getting errors.

I prefer you to do the step 1. You can learn by that way.

Why?
Did we write it?
Would we have any idea what it is supposed to do?

Ask the people who wrote it, not us: they will be familiar with it and more able to answer your questions.
