How to get all impersonated users from Office 365 admin user account

Hi:

I am using Microsoft.Exchnage.WebService.dll in my C# project, for reading the data from Office 365 account. I am logging in through impersonated user account to Office 365. I want to get list of all Impersonated users of the domain. Can any one please provide the solution? Is there any other than using the power shell option.
