It's plain that you have no idea at all. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS is where you would have started, if you were some sort of programmer. Then you'd have done some basic reading, and asked a question that showed signs of willingness to do your own work where possible.

RSS is a standard XML format, I don't see how video and images can be included unless the format supports them and the viewer will download and display them.
