Hi friends,

i'm going to start web designing work, can any one kindly pls advise me which is the best html editor for design.

i search many websites but i'm not clear.

i need the correct solution for this.

Well, my first suggestion to you (if indeed you do need the correct solution) is to specify in which regard the tool would be considered the best.

Like Christian, I use Notepad++ and a web-browser.

Some people prefer a click-click or drag-n-drop, others prefer a hybrid approach of both visual designing and the ability to customize the text output, yet others prefer strictly text-entry followed by preview in the only place that matters - an actual browser.

So, I suggest you specify which attributes you find desirable. If you don't specify what would make a product 'the best' or better than another product, all you're likely to get is personal opinion.

ya correct, currently i'm working with macromedia dreamweaver 8.

i feel it's not comfort. like not able to find the html tag start and end position. :(

Visual Studio and Blend are both fine. Most editors get in your way. I prefer to just write HTML in a decent text editor ( like notepad++ ) and view it in a browser.

Visual Studio Express Web Edition is free.
