take picture mouse click in Vc++

hello
I need to take a screenshot from mouse pointer in 1cm * 1cm when user click the mouse.
and after take screenshot save the picture as txt format in a path like (C\program file\...) I need it in my keylogger.

just in visual c++

You cannot capture an image and save it as text.
