hi all,

i am trying to add the Microsoft MAPI controls 6.0 in the tool box (Com component) but i couldnt find the reference in the list.

what am i supposed to do.

Why would you want to use MAPI controls with Visual Studio 2005? would it not be better to use managed code equivalents available within the .Net framework.......

Are they even installed on the machine?

Obtain the MAPI control library and install / register it on the machine.

From the Add Reference Dialog, check the COM componenents to see if it has now registered itself to the system, if not, use the browse dialog to locate its DLL / OCX file.
