Reusable Add/Remove list with different data and same html

I have 4 types of genres in a page like Romantic, Comedy, Thriller and Family.
And I want to have add/remove books name in the list box which I have to select to Top 5 Books.

I want to create a common reusable component for these 4 types in ASP.NET MVC4.
As they will be having different data but same html.

I am a beginner so want to know how can i achieve it? Please suggest.
