How Do I Uplaod File ( .Pdf, .Docs ) On Google Drive Through Asp.Net

Hello,
I am developing a website for students from which various notes and syllabus and questions can be downloaded. I want to do the free hosting of this site so i am doing it on somee.com. But the problem is that the space they are allowing us is very low. So for that we are willing to upload our files on google drive ( big space ).

So i want following things :

1. How to upload the files on google drive ( in particular folder ) through asp.net application.
2. How to give the links of google drive uploaded files on asp.net page.

So that when user opens our site they will get the links to download the files directly. No need to go to the google drive.

And if there is any other way to do this task except the use of google drive then also please elaborate.

Thanx, I have searched it. But did not get actuly what should be done? Sorry but i am new in asp.net. so please can u elaborate
