How Can I remove 'Enter Key' Press in the entered Text

Hi,
I am having a text area where user can write any notes. And I need to display the Entered note in the fancybox popup.

Here the Problem is when user is writing note if he hit the enter key the pop is not displaying on Link click .If he dosent hit 'enter key' every thing works fine. I am not knowing how to hand le this situation can anybody help me please...
