What is common solution for IIS path and local process run path of ASP.NET Application ?

Hi friends,
I created an Asp.Net application and register it on IIS while development,
When I check it at IIS port it gave "No Path Found Error" when I resove that local F5 run
shows Path not found error.

Is Any Common solution,so that Application find path both on IIS and Local Process run???
