Using Webrtc I Am Unable To Make Video Call

I am working on Webrtc. i got few documents from Github. when i use these samples i am unable to get room key autogenerated. can any one tell me how the url and room key is generated. i found that in apprtc.py they have hardcoded appspot.com link. how can i change that. please help me.
