unable to upload 100mb video from mobile to vimeo

i have serious issue, please help me if u have an answer, i am using asp.net framework 4.5 i developed web application which is video portal,but there is problem in upload through mobile which can't upload more than 20MB from mobile,but i can upload from desktop,
i am already using this snippet on web.config

maxrequestlength="2147483647" executiontimeout="9999999" usefullyqualifiedredirecturl="false" minfreethreads="8" minlocalrequestfreethreads="4" apprequestqueuelimit="1000" enableversionheader="true"


but i still unable to upload more than 20 mb from mobile phones, please suggest me ..
