I want to develope windows service that can send SMS from configured IP address.how can resolve this problem in visual studio 2008

What "problem" are you talking about? What does ASP.NET have to do with your windows service? What have you tried? What was the problem you encountered with the code that you have written?

Sir i want to develope windows service that send SMS from client machine. If internet is not available in same machine then it should send SMS from another machine which have internet connectivity.I have IP address saved in database from which i want to send SMS through internet.
