what are the Important aspects 2 b considered while writing a class in asp.net/C#

First of all, "writing" a class is not depended on asp.net, c# etc. these two are only one of N tools to do the work. [edit]uuups, yes writing is depended on the tool [edit]
Second: “writing” the class is simply assiduity work. Designing the class is the challenge!

All aspects are important enough. The question make little sense; it rather indicates wrong approach to... knowledge itself. You need to learn the subject: programming. Only then you will be able to take all aspects into account. You cannot through out anything to, say, simplify your work: in won't make the work simpler.
