How to enumerate all connected printers on a machine?

Hi everyone,
I am trying to enumerate all printers connected to a machine using an API EnumPrinters() but unfortunately this API does not give list of all printers if it is called from a service.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? or Any other alternative to fulfil the objective.

If you are using .Net framework and using C#/C++/F# or VB then
Refer link :
Gets the names of all printers installed on the computer.
