Importing contacts from linkedin

i m basically working with the API integration of linkedin .i m doing contacts importing with the same API . its giving me the error or invalid redirect ui .what does it mean ? what i have to do? Please let me know . i m trying to update the url of redirect but its not working . Please tell me in which way i should configure it.

We don't see your screen, your code or read your mind. You have to debug your application, find the place where it breaks, try to resolve it. If you don't know how, then post your code AND EXACT message that you get, not "something like".

its giving me the error of invalid redirect_uri ..
