Sorry, but no one is here to just give you code.
If you already know the controls to use, search for info on MSDN. The examples there are pretty good.
Or search the articles in CodeProject there are plenty of good tips on this site.
Then you can come back with a more specific question.

Solution 1

For a start c# is not a user interface so you can't preview an image in c#, you need to decide on a UI.

If you do a simple search [^]there is plenty of code to upload a file you can use.
