bootstrap glyphicon , where to put the directory

i download the glyphicon free folder with order icons .

folder 1)glyphicons (470 icons png)
folder 2)glyphicons_social (50 icons png)

Until now the default icons I have intellisense.

And it worked fine.


How do I use the new icons folder them?
i put the icons folder in the root(?).
i need order css file ?
i try the name of the icon like this:

<span class="glyphicons_020_home"></span>

please help
