I have just detected some motion in image.
But I do not how many frames is enough to detect.
Can you help me?

Isn't it going to depend on the motion? If it is really slow, it could be thousands of frames before it is noticable.
But of course, the minimum you will need will always be two...

Distance from the camera would also play a fairly large factor in that as well.

(More seriously: do some experiments; I don't think anyone will help you until you get some grip on it. The advice of OriginalGriff is of course correct but perhaps not very helpful. ;) )
