can we maintain dynamically created usercontrol state

i am having the registration form in usercontrol named register.ascx (in this i am having the number of TextBoxes,Dropdowns...)

i have requirement to create register.ascx dynamically .
so i have created it dynamically the problem is i'm not able to access the usercontrol in postback (and also after post back the controls are not displayed in the page)

how to do the task..
plz share your answers....
