How to compare 2 files in asp.net ?

Hi We develop document viewer in website,can view file in third party viewer,now need to compare 2 file and need to show what same or different line in viewer,so any sdk available that compare 2 files.

Note: need to 2 file interface in like in notepad++ http://prntscr.com/5ayhuh[^]

Note: we use only pdf file,any compare sdk can use in website to compare 2 pdf file ?

There are others, cheaper, but not so good :)
