DataGridView add progress bar

Hello everybody:

I want to add the progress bar into the DataGridView, finding the method by Mark Rideout:

However, it just provided the functions but I don't know how to use those functions to produce a progress bar on DataGridView.
Could everyone please provide a sample code to me!
