How to create an IPP-SSL (Internet printing protocol)port ?

Hi,

I want to create an IPP-SSL port by using which I am supposed install a driver.I am newbie to this ,right now I am using AddPrinter() API for installation.

If any other clarification is needed please let me know.

Can anyone please let me know how do we create an IPP-SSL port.
