How to setup of cab file to deploy on FTP Server

I have developed a webphone in VS2005 (vc++). I have the cab file of that webphone and I want to deploy the cab file on the FTP Server. How will I create the setup with signature. I have the purchased signature key. Please tell usme procedure to set up of Cab File.
