Try a Google search, there are lots of samples around, select the one that best fits your requirements.

i always first search Google and then post.
I did't find with foreach loop .they are with for loop and are too slow
can u give me any link or sample code for it

I doubt very much that a for loop is slower than foreach. In any case if you are a programmer then converting foreach to for is a trivial exercise.

If you don't know how to calculate the MD5 of the file, how do you know that you have to use a "foreach" loop?

Is it perhaps because that is how your homework assignment is worded?

We try not to do peoples' homework for them since they do not learn anything if we do. We prefer that they do their own research rather than expecting to be spoon fed.

If you are unable to find the answer by using a search engine, then I suggest that you go back to whoever set the assignment and tell them that it is too difficult for you.
