Solution 1

Have you tried to work this out for yourself? How far did you get? Where did you get stuck? People are not simply going to hand over complete code for a problem no matter how many times you ask. Have you bothered to search through the articles here? Have you tried Googling?

i did googling.i got ffmpeg command through which we convert one video format to another.But i want source code of it which is not available.Actually i can not use any dll or exe.i want source code.

This might be the clue - source code not available. You'll have to write your own, just like everyone else.
