Classify huge data in matlab

Hello everybody
I want to classify 13096 data with 81 features in Matlab.
I used KNN but the accuracy was not good,also I use MLP but it's accuracy was not good too.
I want to use LDA for feature selection but I do not know how can i do this.
is any body can help me.
