Theoretically speaking, this is impossible to do fully automatically with good quality; the solution in strict sense of this word does not exist. Practically, there are programs which do it with limited quality/fidelity. (In the theory of ill-posed problems, this is called "quasi-solution".) My prediction if this: as you are only trying to understand if it is possible or not, in foreseeable time frame you will be able to produce only a very low-quality "solution" at best. Sorry, this is just my estimate, based on very general considerations (the "solution" of good quality is extremely difficult).

You keep asking the same question. Why?

my goal is to design a program. before you start. I know some of the issues you want to learn from you asking I apologize if I give discomfort.
