How do I load .Net Excel Workbook with one global dll and manifest

I have created an Office -> Excel 2013 Workbook project in VS 2013. So it's a VSTO document-level project. It creates in the BIN folder a dll file, dll.manifest, vsto and xlsx files.

How do I centralise the dll, dll.manifest, vsto files in one global directory, so I can place the XLSX file anywhere I want on the computer or make duplicates copies of the XLSX file, so that when I open the XLSX file it points to the one shared dll?

At the moment it expects all the files to be in the same directory as the XLSX file.

Any input would be much appreciated.
