how to read xls using the library "xlslib" ?

hello,
I want to use xlslib to read and write xls file. Now I can write xls file, but I don't know how to read a xls file using this library. I want to read a excel file's cell data. can you help me and give me song example ? thanks.

Well, did you have a look at the xlslib test files?

I found out the xlslib library can not read excel file and I give up it.
