check a string is present in a file or not?

Hello sir..
I'm trying to check a string is present or not in a file. How It can be possible?
From a line of text get a some starting part of line and check this part is present in another file or not?

e.g.
FORM A1 (COLOURED) FORM OF APPLICATION FOR PURCHASE OF KISAN VIKAS PATRA (BY
INVESTMENT THROUGH AGENTS)
from above text get only "FORM A1 (COLOURED)" and check this part in another file?

Use ReadAllLines method from string reader, remove line breaks and search.
