How to print Jasper reports from UI.?

We have a button when we are clicking on button appropriate functionality should happen with addition to that report should generate and print .

Here when iam clicking the button only one report is getting generated & able to print another report i cant able to view ofcourse not able to print ....

How to link the .jrxml to UI .
please advise.
