Spire.PdfViewer could not open the pdf docun, Error?

In one of my project windows forms, i use a free version of spire pdf viewer for displaying a pdf from file and memory stream, but some times when a pdf viewer display a pdf file it gives an error on top of pdf viewer just below the toolBar:

Spire.PdfViewer could not open the PDF docun

Can anyone help me solve that please?
