How to add applications Like (AutoCAD, PDF...etc) in Vb.NET based application, also opening Files related to those applications from location rather than "WINDIR", for example "E:\"?

You cannot 'add' apps to your app, without either getting some sort of control from the vendor, or buying a third party SDK, such as is available for PDF.
