Save & Fetch Image from SQL Server 2005 using VB.NET 2005

I am new to Programming world, i am creating a sample code for Personnel Information, where i have to upload employee's photograph. I have surfed www.google.com for this question but unfortunately i am not able to understand their intent as they are using multiple ways for giving answers, according to their view.

I want someone please send me a sample code for uploading image to sql server 2005, and fetching that image to employee form using vb.net 2005. Please use simple and understandable code, also explain the code.

If you're new to programming, why are you trying to do something so complex ? Surely, being new to programming, you're not doing paid work, so buy a book, work through it, and learn properly instead of just copying and pasting code off the web.
