Ldap Referral Chasing In Windows

Hi,
I have issue while chasing ldap referral in active directory.
First ldap server is returning the reference for second ldap server. So now I have a url for second ldap server but I do not have credential (user and password) for second ldap server.
I am not getting a way to get the credentials for second ldap server.
I want to know how to get the credential for second ldap server.
