Well, after looking at the number of questions you have... i would suggest if not book then use GOOGLE and it has all you need.

Just put the keywords and thousands of links are returned that can satisfy your needs!

by googling im not getting easy solutions to my problems,tatz y posting here.
moreover google shows 1000's of websites ,i need to sit and go thru atleast 3 or 4 website links to get mere solutions to my problems.tatz why im here
