gridview column data passing as argument

i have a gridview with 5 columns . first column is displaying ID with hyperlink. when i click the id column in a perticular row then i want another page should open with some controls in that page fill with respect to the column that clicked in gridview. now when i click on id cell in the gridview i want that id value to be passed as argument to the storedprocedure so that i can populate my another page with respect to the click in gridview.

Solution 1

Well based on the issue you are facing, this link should lead you through: LinkButton in GridView and QueryString in ASP.NET to pass data[^]

There can be more ways to pass on data to other page, the above link shows one of them.
