How to set labels at a specific place in a chart control

Hi I am using a Chart control and I am implementing a sparkline kind of chart. For that I want to implement the milestone over that graph other than axis values. So how can I implement it using labels at an exact place or legends or annotations. Or is there any another way to implement it????
